You can find the list ID by looking at the print, iCalendar, or Atom feed links, at the end: the format is: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/home/username/listid/
So an example URL would be http://m.rememberthemilk.com/add?name=Test&due=never&priority=4&list=12345
