Looks like the task cloud was a little slow in Flock -- we've now optimized this, so hopefully that message won't appear anymore. (You might need to log out and log back in again to get the faster version.) Please let us know if this message continues to appear.

But just curious -- will the task cloud slow things down even if I never go to the overview? Is that stuff already loaded and lurking somewhere?

The task cloud normally won't affect speed in any way -- we just had a temporary issue with it which has now been fixed up :)
