Not receiving reminder sounds or vibration

I am using RTM version 1.1.1, and only recently bothered setting up push notifications for my tasks. However, I'm not getting sound or vibration for push reminders (the alert sound is set to cowbell), even though push notifications otherwise work and are enabled in my iPhone settings.

Update - earlier I was testing the push notifications and was pleased to see that when I added a task online it was pushed to my iPhone within seconds.
However, in the last 10 minutes this behaviour has been much slower, and I also didn't receive a notification for a task... are the servers having trouble?

I hard-reset my iPhone and restarted RTM, and I now receive vibration and sound alerts correctly.
