sync problems

I have a pro account, and nothing I put on the web RTM shows up on my phone. And vice versa. I thought it would automatically sync, but it doesn't. Is it not the case that stuff you put on rememberthemilk.com automatically syncs with your iPhone app the next time you open the app, and vice versa (anything I add on my iPhone later shows up on the web)?

Really psyched that I paid for this godforsaken app.

Yes, that's how the app should work, depending on your settings.

Let's start here: does it help if you tap the Sync button (round arrow) on the lower left?

I am having the same problem. It had been working, but for the past two days web RTM and my iTouch app won't sync except once a day. I have tried rebooting each several times, pressing the sync button and have made sure, of course, that they are both on the same server.
Any suggestions?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

I created a task on my phone and I never synced it (i have it set to manual). The task went overdue and it was then that I first tried to sync. The overdue task never showed up on the web. I then added a tag to the task on the phone and sync'd and it worked.

Whoa! That tag trick doesn't make any sense, but it worked. When I tagged a task on iTouch then it got added to the webRTM. Thanks. Although this is still frustrating.

Whatever was wrong for three days seems to have resolved itself. Syncing is back to full function.
