bourret says:
I had the free version on rtm that i used on the internet and on the iphone which synced up nicely. Since then i upgraded the internet version and i lost sync capability somehow on iphone.

From the iphone it encourages me to get the pro version ...but i bought it already..do i have to buy the pro version for iphone also?

No you should only have to purchase a pro account once. You may need to sign into your account with your iphone again to refresh your account info.

If you're having trouble signing in with your Pro account credentials, would it be possible to submit an iPhone & iPod touch app issue report via our support system?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.

Your report should provide all the info that we need to investigate further, but we'll be in touch via email if we require any more details.

Thanks!

In fact, as I understand, the whole point of going Pro is to get the iPhone app. On the browser side, Pro doesn't make a difference. Is that correct?

The iPhone app is one of the benefits of a Pro account; the others are MilkSync (for BlackBerry or Windows Mobile) and priority support via email. More details on our Pro page.

It must be a bug. I am having the same problem. I have spent so much time on this it is extremely frustrating. Bought Pro on desktop. Can't synch with Iphone although it lets me open the account with the same user name and password.
