BUG: "dueAfter:now ≠ dueAfter:today"

I have two events that occur today at 23:00. A search conducted with "dueAfter:today" includes those tasks.

Those tasks are due today; they are not due after today. Therefore, they should not come up in a search for dueAfter:today.

It seems almost as if dueAfter:today is behaving as if it was dueAfter:now.
