Set the time execution of the task.

I do not see the possibility of setting hours for the task. It is only the possibility of assignment (during the week, without any particular day).

When editing the task, change the mode from Basic to Picker and uncheck "Any time".

Or you can select Custom and type the date/time out, e.g. "today at 17:00" or "9/21/2009 8:00 AM".
