Sorry I'm a new user so I don't fully know my way round just yet but I put my phone number in the reminders settings page yesterday and got no reminder this morning when it should have come at 9 o'clock. Now I understand that there was a powercut at the data center this morning so reminders where never sent out but I think if I read the blog post correct, everything is getting back to normal so why didn't I get a reminder at half 12 today for one of my tasks?

Depending on your settings, you'll get a daily reminder for all tasks and reminders X minutes before a task is due.
So, to better understand what's happening for you, can you tell me your settings? And would it be possible to add an email address (or IM account, etc.) as a secondary reminder to be able to tell whether they're being sent at all?

Yeah, I have set up an email as well and the email is coming through but the RTM text alerts aren't coming through
