locked out and password reset sent to non-functioning email

I had a brain freeze and couldn't remember my username. I tried a bunch of times, and locked myself out. When I clicked on the password reset link, I discovered that the email associated with my account is a no-longer-functioning academic account. Is there any way to reset my account without waiting 24 hours? I badly need my list. Thanks for your help.
