RTM being deleted during sync

Every time I sync to itunes, it removes RTM. Why?
iTunes: 8.2.1(6)
iPhone 3Gs: 3.0

Sorry for the delay in writing you back!
I'm not sure why this happens, but we've seen it happen before.
What has been reported as working to fix it is to remove RTM on the iPhone, then sync, then add RTM via the App Store, then sync again.
Let me know if that works (or doesn't work) for you!

This is a bug with apple and the iphone, not rtm.
In your iPhone settings, under applications, be sure RTM is checked. If it is not there, resync your phone and try again.
This fixed the problem for me with a different app.

I had this problem with a few apps, if you're not careful and download an app via iPhone, and then sync, you'll get a message saying something about "There is a new app on the phone that's not on the computer, do you want to sync" and if you click the Don't Show Again box, and then don't sync, you'll always delete apps from the iPhone if they're not on your computer.
Make sense? So if you download from iTunes you should be fine.
On a side note, anyone know how to undo this setting in iTunes?
