How can I delete RTM button in Google Calendar?

You can remove any subscribed calendar in the Google Calendar Settings, on the Calendars tab. For some reason they don't also put an Unsubscribe action on each individual calendar's page. (I too often think to go there to do that.)
Just a guess: you're removing it because of the "Tasks for Today" problem? If so, do know that Google Calendar fixed that problem in the last few hours. :)
