My "Personal" list refuses to show on Tasks tab

When I click on "Tasks" the only lists I see are "Work" and "Sent". So far, nothing I do makes the "Personal" list show there. I have set it as the default list, but this makes no difference. What gives?

Is it archived? That would hide it from the Tasks view.

If it is, it would say so on the right side and would be italicized.
