Subscribe to RTM via iPhone's calendar

Hello
Since OS3 iPhone users are able to subscribe to iCal-based calendars on their iPhones, e.g. I have subscribed to my TripIt iCal feed.
I am able to subscribe to my RTM feed (and also go through the authentication process - it asks for a username and password) so it seems to be set up perfectly.
However, it doesn't import any events in to my calendar.
I can subscribe to the same feed on my desktop Mac's iCal application (so I presume I am using the correct feed etc.) and that things are OK at the RTM end.
My question is whether anybody has had any success using the iPhone calendar to subscribe to their RTM feed?
thanks
Arthur

We'll leave it for posterity, in case anyone stumbles upon it later looking for the answer. ;)
Glad you figured it out!
