List Names will not sync with iPhone?

If change a list name or add a list through my iPhone, the change will not appear on the webapp. Is this how it's supposed to work? or is there a synce button that I'm missing? Please help.

Edited lists should definitely show up on the website.
The sync button is on the lower left (the round arrow). RTM will also synchronize automatically if you set that in RTM's Settings.
