Printing

Signed up yesterday after reading many good things and getting used to using the system!
I would like to get a print out of all my tasks under their respective task heading without having to print to go to each task and select print.
Task Heading
- Task 1
- Task 2
Task Heading
- Task 1
- Task 2
I currently have 14 task headings which would give me 14 sheets of paper!!
Any help out there?
Thanks!

You can print your Weekly Planner but that wouldn't group them by list (which I think is the heading you mean?).
You could also pull up a search for all tasks (saved as a Smart List, if you'd like) and print that, but it wouldn't list the headings at all.
The other option would be to pull up each list as a printout and copy the lists into a word processor etc. and collect all the lists there.

Thanks Andrew for your response. Seems like a simple print out is challenging to get. RTM ... any suggestions?

Hey Robert - Yeah, unfortunately, the tag isn't listed on the print out, which I think would solve your problem.
If I were you, I'd just create a smart list that includes all tasks from all those different "task headings" you have, then you could just print that as one document. Granted, this won't break them up into categories for you, but it would save you from printing 14 different sheets of paper.
Let me know if you need any help.
