Hm, I just tested this and it seemed to work as you want. I set the Repeat to "every 11 months". What does yours say?

Maybe a language thing? If you use another language than English, have you tried to type the repeat interval in English?

I put in English "every 11 months" on Japanese language setting, but changed to Japanese "every 1 month"...

Then, I changed language Japanese to English(US) (Settings-General-Language) and tried, then succeeded!

Isn't it a bug on Japanese system in RTM?

But it may be low priority. Many people will input "every 1 year" in this case. I often use prime numbers not tasks to be so crowded...
