I don't know of a way to directly import RTM tasks into Outlook Tasks, but you can set the RTM web interface to be accessible from within Outlook.
1. Right click on the Outlook Tasks folder.
2. Select Properties
3. Select the Homepage tab
4. Under URL, use the URL of your RTM homepage, i.e., http://www.rememberthemilk.com/home//
5. Select "Show homepage by default for this folder".

You can also add your RTM tasks as a calendar in Outlook.
Just add the URL of your iCalendar(Events) link.
It is a read-only view of the tasks but it can be very useful for seeing scheduling conflicts and as a quick overview of the week ahead.

I tried adding the iCalendar(Events) link but it looks all empty in the Outlook. I get some error message about event times missing but many of my RTM events have starting time
