Here is my question:

I have an idea for an Apple App.
I am not educated in programming language.

I have the roadmap (interface) on paper but need to hire people to program it.

Where do I start. I like RTM success story, and and hoping to create one of my own.

How did you guys approach your RTM Apple App?
