How To Remove A RTM Forum Message From iGoogle

I contacted this forum to find out how to remove Remember The Milk from my Gmail page. I got the answer and removed Remember The Milk. Ever since then, when I bring up my iGoogle page, a separate window opens with the directions for removing Remember The MIlk from Gmail - every single time. Can someone tell me how to stop the directions window from popping up?
