How do I assign a task to someone?

I see how to SEND and how to SHARE, but not how to ASSIGN so I know a tasks is his responsibility.

Hi clay,

with sending, you will loose all visibility on the task. For what you would like to us it, I would recommend you use sharing as you can see what is currently in the list of the intern and change the tasks if needed.
