[Shared Tasks] some users just won't show up

I've got a number of users that I've shared lists with (and vice versa), however not all users lists show up in my Settings > Lists. I've removed the users on both contacts (mine and the problem users) > Logged out and back in > re-added the contact and shared the lists both ways again. However they don't show up in the Settings > Lists to be added.
Any thoughts?

I should add that I'm a pro user and have sent 5 requests to support for over a month with no response to date.
