Dependent Tasks
(closed account) says:
Is there a way to make one tasks completion date dependent upon the completion of another task.
ie.
1. Shoot external video shots of building - Due March 5
2. Edit building video for client - Due March 7
If #1 gets completed on March 6, #2 due date will be changed to March 8.
If there isn't a way to do this, I'll suggest it in the "Ideas" forum.
Thanks
Erick

Erick, not currently -- it's been suggested over here on the Ideas forum too :)
As I posted there, we don't currently have any plans to introduce task dependencies, as we have several ways to organize tasks (tags, lists, and Smart Lists) and we're not pursuing a project management focus with Remember The Milk at this time. We're always interested to hear how people would like to be using the site though.

What I did was to create a "next" tag, and then create smart lists with tag:next included. You do have to go back and add a next tag to items which are no longer dependent after completing a task, but at least you get a list of only the things that you can actually do at a given time
