How do I set my preference if I use RTM gadget, not firedox add-on?

Last time I used Firefox add-ons to use RTM. After I upgrated my firefox, RTM add-ons doesn't work. So I try Gmail Labs this time.

It would be wonderful if the labs gadget was expanded to at least have the functionality that the Firefox add-in has. I don't always use Firefox, so having RTM inside Gmail itself would be great.
