RTM and SMS phone

I was wondering if there is anyway I can use RTM with my mobile phone. Sadly, I don't have online access on my phone. :(
All I have is text messaging.
Is there anyway I can use SMS to my advantage? I'm especially interested in sending SMS messages to my inbox throughout the day. Is this possible?
Also can I somehow retrieve my lists or activities due, via SMS message?
I tried searching the forums for this, but I am very new and confused by some of the lingo. I was hoping someone can give me a very basic step-by-step for a noobie. All help is much appreciated!

(Note: Twitter's outbound SMS is only available in some countries; I believe it's the US and a handful of others. I think inbound (i.e. what you'd use to add tasks) is available in most countries, but you'd need to check with Twitter.)
