OK, I realize that this violates a basic RtM paradigm: searches search for tasks, not lists. But I'd like to identify lists that don't have a particular tag.

Specifically, I'd like to identify lists (projects) that don't have a "next action" tag. Of course, in my weekly review I will be in each list, and I can do "list:admin and tag:na", but then I have to do that for every list. It'd be nice to just get a list of every project for which I have failed to identify a next action -- a Weekly Review on-the-fly, as it were.
