SMS for tasks only with time

unfortunately RTM doesn't offer such an option. What you could do is, import the events into Google Calendar and receive reminders from Google.

Actually, in the settings tab you can just get SMS messages for those tasks with a time associated with it. If you go to settings and reminders it is right there.
