Twitter to rtm in Japanese is garbling.

I send a job via Twitter in Japanese, but I could not read the task because of the garbling.

Can I improve this problem ?

Yes, I send the Twitter direct message via the Twitter website and some Twitter software.

I tried send direct messages in MacOS X/Windows XP/iPhone.

The results are all same.RTM setting is Japanese.

If RTM setting was English, no problem when sending direct messages from the Twitter website only.
