SMS and ICQ reminders don't work for me...

Hi there, tried to search about this, but none of the found solutions
seem to work for me.

I set up some tasks an customized the reminder options as follows:
- icq (entered my uin) and added rtmreminders user to my server side
contact list
- mobile (picked my carrier o2 germany) and entered my phone
number in +49... style.
As is said none of the two reminders works for me :(

Email-reminders and GoogleTalk-reminders do work for me!

Anybody has got ideas how to solve this ?

When i click on the link i'm getting to the help-section. I can choose my
issue there, but i don't have any idea how to submit a report from there?!

any help on this ? :)

Just click on I'd like to report a new issue under the Reminders category, then you'll see a "Submit a new report" link.
