Cannot delete locations

Hey there. I scanned the forums on this, but could not find a hint, so maybe, sb can help me?
I try to delete some locations I don´t need any longer. none of them has anny tasks attached. When I delete them they disappear, but after some time, they show up again. How can I get rid of them?
