MilkSync Blackberry and Firewall

I am in the test period of MilkSync for Blackberry and so far the sync appears to be working well. However, I have recently noticed an error message that appears to come up about once a day. It says that MilkSync tried to access a file behind the firewall and that was not allowed by my IT department.
Everything still appears to sync normally.
Does anyone have an idea about what function is being denied by my IT from MilkSync? I don't want to get a "call" from the IT dept telling me to remove MilkSync because it keeps trying to access files that are off limits, particularly when it appears that they are not necessary for the sync function.

If you haven't done so already, would it be possible to submit a MilkSync for BlackBerry issue report via our support system?
Your report will give us the information that we need to investigate this issue (it's difficult for us to diagnose problems with MilkSync via the forums, sorry).
