RTM not saving tags

I have one particular task which absolutely refuses to take the tag that I am assigning to it. I have two tasks with the same tag. One task has taken the tag fine, but the other task just will not accept the tag. I type in the tag and as soon as I move off the task, the tag has fallen off. Its driving me batty.

Does this only happen to one particular tag or do you more tags that are not excepted by this task?

Can you maybe share the task name with me? In that way, I can try this as well.
