I use both Gmail and GCalendar exclusively for my personal life. What is the practical difference between RTM with GCalendar and RTM with GMail? Does one use both?

I use Firefox (Mac) at home - but am forced to use Explorer (Windows) at work. Will I be able to see the RTM for GMail tasks when I log on to my Google account using Explorer at work?

Finally, any way to get tasks in my Outlook at work (behind Enterprise) into RTM? If not, how would I add personal tasks from work?
