Pro Support?

I had 2 reasons for signing up for pro: MilkSync and support. I have found that MilkSync does not work with smart lists, and all emails have been ignored.
Has anyone had better luck? Or do I write off my money as a learning experience?

Unfortunately our support volume has been a little higher than usual recently, so our response times have been a bit longer than we would like.
We're working to process requests as quickly as possible (Pro users are at the front of the queue) and we're looking into ways that we can improve things so that we're better able to handle high volumes of support requests in the future.
