Error - Home Page Won't Load!

I've never used it so I'd like to get started... if possible.

There's some troubleshooting info on loading issues here, but probably the best option is to try accessing the site via the secure HTTPS URL:

https://www.rememberthemilk.com/

This can often help to work around connection issues.
