"Duplicate Task" shouldn't be disabled in offline mode

"Duplicate Task" menu item is grayed in offline mode. I don't see a clear reason for this and think it's a bug.

Would it be possible to let me know:

1) Which browser are you using?

2) Which operating system are you using?

3) Are the tasks being added to a regular list or a Smart List?

4) Are the tasks being added to a shared list?

We'd love to check into this further, as it definitely shouldn't be happening.
