Yes. When you're viewing a task list in RTM the sidebar includes a 'List' tab. At the bottom of this is a link which will say something like '10 completed'. Click on that link and you'll be directed to a page which shows all the completed tasks for that list.

From that list you can view notes etc., and 'Uncomplete' or 'Delete' one or more tasks.
