Firefox 2.00.1 at work
I am not sure at home, but it wasn't working there either
RTM the only addon for gmail.

Hello? No one else is having this problem, obviously...

Sarah, I apologise for the delay -- can I ask if this is still happening in your Gmail account?
(Also can I just check if you've run through the troubleshooting steps already?)
Thanks!

Ditto - have checked all the steps in the troubleshooter - FF 2, no extensions, etc.
I can manually add tasks, but "refresh" does nothing.
I have saved the task settings but "star" or "label" actions do nothing.
Is this important: "You haven't given any third-party services permission to interact with your Remember The Milk account." even though I have installed RTM for Gmail and Google Calendar...
