Email tasks doesn't work

I tried emailing tasks based on the instructions here 6 different ways:
Like:
Subject:
task1
Body:
Due: Today at 9pm
But no matter what options I enter (due etc) RTM adds the Due: Today at 9pm
as a note and doesn't parse it correctly, what gives?

inboulder, one thing that may be worth double checking is whether your email has a signature or a disclaimer at the end -- if so, after the tasks details you'll need to include '-end-' on a line by itself, and everything after this line will be ignored (otherwise there may be some problems processing the task details).
