Feed Problem
teeters says:
I'm a lover of feeds. I figured I'd add my RTM feed to my feedreader (feedlounge.com). When I tried to add it, however, the reader threw an error at me.
I figured it was a problem on their end (it's in alpha, after all), so I tried adding the feed to Gmail. Gmail says that there is no feed at the provided URI.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the feed function currently a wee bit sporadic in its performance?

I just tried it at Bloglines:

To make the feeds work with online feed readers, you need to do one of the following:
1) Publish your list (this will allow anyone to see your list), and then use an address like this:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/atom/username/100123/
2) Keep your list private and use an address like this:
https://username:password@www.rememberthemilk.com/atom/username/100123/
NOTE: This will give the feed reader your Remember The Milk password.
Option 1 will work with any feed reader, but Option 2 will only work with readers that support authentication (and unfortunately many online feed readers don't).

Hi Emily
Quick (and dumb) question :)
Is the 100123 a fixed thing or is it a placeholder like username?

emily (Remember The Milk) says:
It's just a placeholder for the list ID -- sorry this wasn't clearer!
