How can do it and do I have to mention a due date as these are repeatitive tasks.
Why I am asking this question is because I create a task and if for any reason I postpone the task for a day all tasks gets screwed.

I had a similar situation. I would just create a separate task with the same name for "repeats every wednesday", "repeats every thursday", "repeats every sunday", etc.
