Sending Messages to Lists

Hey, im trying to figure out if it is possible to send tasks directly to lists. i would be doing this through email, such as sending it to [username]+number+import@rmilk.com, and getting it into the inbox.
is there an email that will result in sending tasks to those specific lists (such as 'knowledge'), instead of the regular inbox.

Ah, yes that command, although, i was wondering if there would be email address that could be used for each list? The reason is that i was send in emails it would be easier to search through the list that spend the time formatting using the system i have set up.
