Tomorrow's/This Week's tasks in Google Calendarq

Currently, I think I'm just going to make good use of the Weekly Planner here on RTM(independent from google calendar)--and perhaps plan dates× to complete specific assignments and plot those on google calendar, but it'd be cool to have something more automated!

The RTM gadgets and add-ons do exactly what you're asking for. For example, putting the following link as a Firefox bookmark loaded in the FF sidebar: http://www.rememberthemilk.com/services/modules/googleig/
Or, the iGoogle gadget. Or the GMail add-on (although that one is having temporary problems until RTM adjusts to changes Google made to Gmail).
All of them will set you up nicely.
