Is there a way to share everything that has a specific tag?

In my situation, I don't want to create 3 lists for this single team I've got. But there are 3 sections to the team and I don't want to share the whole list with all of them. But I don't want to have to choose to share individual items with people every time I make a new item - I'd like to just choose to share everything that I give a certain tag to with certain people and certain other tag with other certain people.

Any way to do that elegantly?
