Paul, I'll follow up with you via email. We've actually had a handful of reports of this, and would love to figure out why this happens.

But with the iphone username and password do not match

I solved my problem
In the iphone the first letter of your password is by default in uper case so you must force the iphone to write it in small case if your password is in small case
