Possible Gmail RTM bug - Auto Filtered Gmail Labels

Really impressed with the new RTM in Gmail guys, but think I may have found a bug today.
I've been using the 'Create a task when I label an email with...' feature, and had an idea that I could set up a Gmail filter to automatically label all mails sent or cc'd to a particular Gmail address (myemailaddress+todo@gmail.com).
This works fine, but emails that have been auto-labeled in this way do not show up in RTM.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Jonathan, unfortunately it's not possible to create tasks when emails are labeled or starred by filters. The reason for this is that the RTM extension is triggered when you manually label or star an email in Firefox, and the task is created at this time. We don't have access to the filtering process, so unfortunately it won't work for these emails. Hope this helps!
