iPhone Telephone Links

The iPhone interface to RTM is great. But, Safari on the iPhone has a feature to automatically turn telephone numbers into links that can be touched and then dialed. I would like to use this feature in notes, particularly in tasks that I email in. For some reason, though, telephone numbers are not recognized by Safari. My guess is that this is due to how they are formatted by RTM for display such that they are buried in HTML code and not recognized as phone numbers by Safari.

wpparker, thanks for your report. We have been meaning to look into this and see why it's not recognising these -- we'll check into this further and see if this can be fixed.

This would make a big difference and make RTM much more useful for my iphone.

This would be a great feature and would help keep me on the road. Not that I am using RTM while driving of course ;-)
