Can't create tasks from email or tags

Someone mentioned in another post that other extensions may be causing some issues. The only google extensions I have are "Better Gmail 2" and "Better Gcal". I disabled both and the problem still exists.

Okay update - I found a Greasemonkey extension (Gmail+Reader) and disabled it. Now tagging emails to create tasks works but there is still no "create task" option under More Actions.
