cell phone chokes on + in email address

Hello,
I'm using an LG CU400 phone and when I try to enter the inbox email with the plus sign, I am not allowed to. Everything works fine if I send from gmail, but it would be so much more convenient to be able to send directly from my cell phones email/text message function.

The address does require the "+", but you may be able to set up a new email address with a service such as Gmail, and then configure that address to automatically forward all email sent to it to your RTM Inbox address. Then, you can just send to the Gmail address from your phone.
Another tip that's been posted here is to try replacing "+" with %2b.
Hope this helps!
