Task name as email subject

Sorry for the delay -- it's not currently possible to receive individual reminders, sorry (the task names aren't included in the subject as tasks that are due at the same time are grouped into one email). We'll be looking at how we can improve this.
We need to include a message that lets people know how they can stop the reminders, so there isn't an option to remove this.
