iCal and Sunbird

I'm not sure if this is possible, or if its a bug in Sunbird... but I subscribed to my to-do list in Sunbird and everything seems fine at first. But if I try to check off the task as completed, Sunbird crashes. Is a problem with Sunbird or is there no way to change a subscribed to-do list from a program like Sunbird? And if that is the case, is there any sort of workaround?

Currently iCalendar is read-only (although we have plans for synchronization in the future), but Sunbird still shouldn't crash on completing tasks.
